Beyond Recruitment is expanding our Project Coordination talent pool in response to growing demand for both temporary and fixed-term roles across the Wellington region.

We’re looking for candidates who are:
  • Available immediately or within a 2-week notice period
  • Experienced in Project/Programme Administration or Coordination
  • Open to full-time opportunities, Monday to Friday
  • Seeking roles based in Wellington CBD
  • Looking for competitive pay: $40–$60 per hour (temp) or $75,000–$80,000 per annum (fixed term)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative & Management Support: Diary and email management, travel and accommodation bookings, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and event support
  • Reporting: Coordinating and preparing regular project or programme reports
  • Project Support: Tracking milestones and schedules, preparing documentation, supporting delivery teams
We’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in Project Administration or Coordination (or strong coordinators with 3+ years' experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of initiative, reliability, and adaptability
  • Fast learners who are confident with new systems and tools
To be eligible:
  • You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
  • Be able to start within 2 weeks
  • Pass a Ministry of Justice background check
