About the Role:
Banking industry – seeking a competent Programme Coordinator to provide management and administrative support in the end to end delivery of a Programme and its associated Projects. This role will be accountable for facilitating and co-ordinating a range of Programme support activities, including planning, controlling, monitoring, and reporting, to help drive productivity and effectiveness of the Programme.
About You:
In order to hit the ground running you will bring the following
- Sound financial analysis, management and reporting skills
- Well-developed organisational and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral, along with good interpersonal skills used in interacting, consulting and influencing employees and resources both internal and external to the organisation
- Must have advanced level Microsoft Office skills with particular reference to Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePoint
- Highly developed documentation, knowledge and information management skills
- Demonstrated understanding of resource and logistics requirements for projects and Programmes
- Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment with excellent customer service skills
- Proven track record in building trust and commitment within business & with stakeholders
Desirable:
- Exposure to Jira
- Working on a Technology Programme
