About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of a Total Learning Architecture (TLA) proof-of-concept, supporting the transition to a modern, integrated enterprise learning system.
This includes:
- Gathering and documenting user requirements.
- Analysing current-state learning systems and processes.
- Supporting the design of future-state architecture (LMS, LRS, analytics dashboard, xAPI profile server, enterprise course catalogue).
- Leading business case development and change planning.
- Conduct business process analysis and requirements workshops.
- Develop business case documentation aligned with organisational frameworks.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across multiple teams.
- Contribute to change and implementation planning for enterprise learning reform.
- 3+ years’ experience in business analysis and project management.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems architecture and software development life cycles.
- Proven ability to develop business cases and process models.
- Experience in large, complex environments (government or defence preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant qualifications (Business, IT, Commerce) and/or industry certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, PRINCE2).
