About the Role
This Business Analyst position requires you to plan, lead, and deliver business analysis activities across a range of initiatives. You’ll mentor other analysts, influence stakeholders, and ensure documentation and processes meet the highest standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience leading and planning business analysis tasks for projects of varying size and complexity.
• Mentorship skills to guide and support Business Analysts in producing quality deliverables.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills (verbal and written), including:
• Business analysis and research
• Business process mapping
• Functional and non-functional requirements

Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence across internal teams and external vendors.

Advanced understanding of modelling techniques and tools.

Experience in cost/benefit analysis and ideally creating Benefits Realisation Plans.

Extensive experience developing business cases, including large and complex initiatives.
