About the Role
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure quality, safety, and programme outcomes across a range of commercial builds with integrated waste and water components. From early planning through to commissioning, you’ll play a key role in technical delivery, subcontractor management, and client liaison.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of projects with waste and water infrastructure elements
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Monitor QA, compliance, and environmental standards
- Assist with procurement, scheduling, and reporting
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Support site teams with technical input and problem-solving
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure delivery
- Strong understanding of waste and water systems, compliance, and installation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
- A proactive mindset and commitment to quality outcomes

If this is not your role, I'm also looking for a Civil Site Engineer. You'll have started your career with hands on experience from drainage, excavating, machinery etc and you would have already progressed into a site engineer role. This is an opportunity to progress into a civil Project Management position.
