They hold strong relationships with architects and engage experts up front to ensure less rework later. They are project management specialists that possess ‘can do’ attitudes with hands on Directors that muck in when need be. A need now exists for a solution focussed forward thinking project manager. As a project manager you need to come from an interiors, refurb and light commercial construction background gained from a PM consultancy and/or main contractor of at least 7+ years. Tertiary qualifications in construction management or similar are ideal.  You need to be able to problem solve, think through what if scenarios and potential challenges and present possible solutions.

The PM is engaged from early design and build stages and set up, so they are on board from the very beginning and familiar with all stakeholder inputs. It is ideal you can provide any input into systems or presenting any ideas for better efficiencies. As a person, you have the right can do attitude, are quick thinking and want to work for an employer who are as energetic as you.

Remuneration is generous:  Salary $150K - $160K + Vehicle
