Their project portfolio is diverse ranging in new build apartments, schools/auditoriums, warehouses/factories, commercial offices, to refits and large remediation projects as well as aged care.
Due to the positive work flow, they are now looking to take on an additional PM for several medium sized projects.
We are looking for a skilled construction professional project manager with 10+ year’s experience possessing solid commercial acumen with well-honed managerial capability. You will have an in-depth knowledge of pre-construction, construction and development within the commercial construction sector with extensive experience in all aspects of design and construction delivery. Other aspects to your skills includes strong client and consultant liaison, design/problem solving, programming and planning, estimating, subcontractor management, training of site managers/other staff.
You will be looking for your next step in the industry, you maybe at a ceiling with where you are at and be looking to join a contractor that has a relatively flatter structure and more opportunity to be rewarded for your efforts.
Competitive remunerations: $140K - $160K + veh.
