Your role will involve sole responsibility for projects and covers
- Programming jobs, managing programme and quality (Microsoft Project) including EOT's
- Consulting with architect/engineers
- Liaising with clients/client management
- Attending to any council matters
- Managing site managers
- Cost reporting
- Health and safety
As an applicant you have 10+ years local site and project management experience on commercial construction projects in the small to medium sized range. You are carpentry trade or tertiary qualified in construction management. You have a strong project planning skills as well as strong MS Project and Procore knowledge. Your technical skills are well honed including design resolution and integration of structural elements. You can effectively manage multiple jobs, site staff and can resolve problem areas swiftly. You have an excellent rapport with sub-contractors and consultants and can influence where necessary.
$140K - $180K + vehicle.
