A main commercial contractor, respected within the construction industry is looking for a relationship focussed project manager to step in and oversee a range of projects within the $5M - $30M region. They are looking for a PM grounded in programming and sequencing and that can proactively manage the delivery outcomes across a number of projects on the go.

Your areas of focus will be:

* Project control and delivery
* Staff management of Site Managers
* Relationship management and development of client and consultant relationships
* Programme management; financial and contractual management, quality control, risk management

The successful applicant will possess a relevant tertiary qualification and/or trade qualification, previous project leadership experience, great interpersonal skills and a thorough level of technical construction knowledge including programming.

This role would suit an applicant in a commercial contractor environment who has particular strength in being able to trouble shoot, identify and sort out problems efficiently. Also, top financial management skills are a must.
