About the Role:
- Project Support and Advisory: Provide guidance on key projects, including property processes, timelines, budgets, and risk management.
- Data Management: Create, update, and maintain dashboards with targeted property, fleet, and facilities information to meet reporting needs.
- Information Maintenance: Ensure accurate and current property and fleet information in our various information systems.
- Acquisition and Disposal Management: Oversee the acquisition and disposal processes for fleet vehicles, facilities, and property contracts. This includes obtaining internal approvals, coordinating with vendors, managing documentation, and contributing to evaluation processes.
- 3+ years (intermediate) or 7+ years (senior) of property experience.
- Strong understanding of the property industry.
- Leadership skills in negotiating property projects.
- Excellent client management and communication abilities.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
