We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Administrator – or a strong administrator with relevant experience – for a 3-month temporary assignment in central Wellington or Christchurch. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, providing essential support with recruitment compliance, contract preparation, and offer management.
Role Details:
- Duration: 3 months
- Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (37.5 hours)
- Location: Wellington CBD or Christchurch (officed based)
- Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
- Start Date: Immediate
- Preparing employment offers and contracts using Snaphire
- Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidate
- Organising panel availability for hiring managers
- Providing general administrative support across the recruitment process
- 3+ years of administration or recruitment experienc
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Quick to pick up new systems and tools
- Highly organised, details-oriented, and self-driven
- A strong team player with great time management and problem-solving abilities
