You will have the following responsibilities:
- Experience within recruitment or HR
- Experience in screening, briefing, and conducting interviews.
- Pro-active search experience
- Experienced in the creation and maintenance of a talent pool.
- Experience in sourcing, engaging, and hiring candidates.
- Exceptional relationship management skills.
Key Requirements for this role:
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise work.
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, and processes.
