Our client is a large blue-chip corporate, located in central Auckland.
Working under the People Technology team, this role will play a key part in a project responsible for data mapping and extraction, ensuring successful parallel runs – analysis and reconciliation where required. You’d be working very closely with internal teams and external parties as and when required. This is a contract position with a timeline estimated at mid-2022.
This role will require a relatively senior individual, someone with a strong understanding of NZ payroll legislation such as the Holidays Act, as well as general knowledge across areas such as payroll results, pay day filing, leave and time. You will ideally have a working understanding of SAP Payroll and SAP HCM. Advanced Excel skills, as well as data mapping, preparation, and analysis skills, will be key prerequisites.
Some experience of SpinifexIT Easy Reporter tool, SQL, and SAP Finance would be desirable. From a soft-skill perspective this role will require a high level of communication abilities, including the capability to collaborate in a cross-functional team, strong attention to detail, and an aptitude for analysis and problem solving.
