We are seeking a Scrum Master to work with a large government client on contract, initially to end of June 2022. Working on an ICT project within a continuous delivery team, this role will be leading the Scrum ceremonies and coaching them in using Agile methods and practices.
To be successful for this position you will require a blend of the following:
- Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within government
- Experience running Scrum ceremonies, deliver training and facilitate transformation
- Technical project experience working with IT development teams
- Able to refine backlogs and develop features based roadmap
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills – ability to lead and influence others
