I am seeking an experienced Scrum Lead/Scrum Master for a contract role to assist a client to improve its delivery of its products and services through Lean, Agile and Systems Thinking approaches.
To be successful for this role you will need the following experience:
- Established Scrum teams previously
- Knowledge of SAFe - ideally certified
- Facilitated standups, planning and retrospective sessions
- Worked with Product Owners and Product Managers
- Facilitated initiative based reporting
- Have an understanding of traditional delivery methods
- Must have excellent relationship skills
