We are seeking a Scrum Master to join this fantastic team, on a permanent basis.
You will be working closely with project managers and platform leads to look after BAU as well as multiple exciting projects. Work in a highly successful agile environment and creating Agile leadership.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience working in a large organisation.
- Have a sound understanding of Agile concepts to help others understand the why behind the practices
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks
- Experience transitioning teams from traditional ways of working to Agile
- Excellent relationship, facilitation, and communication skills – ability to lead, influence and secure the right outcomes for our people in a highly complex environment
