• Security Engineer
• 3 month contract – July 2024 start
• Bay of Plenty (Tauranga) – Open to remote candidates  

We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Engineer to support one of our key clients on security BAU operations.

An ideal applicant will have the following skills:

As a Security Engineer you need to be comfortable working on a security BAU queue and can have some experience with the following tools :

• Palo Alto - Cortex XDR
• Qualys Vulnerability Management
• Mimecast Email Filtering
• Microsoft Security Platforms and Services
• Microsoft Azure and AWS  
• Strong understanding of security risks, controls, and the NIST framework.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve security incidents effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and teams.

You must be in New Zealand with the legal right to work.
