We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to support two distinct initiatives. One focused on digital delivery and the other on strategic capability uplift. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on delivery and strategic analysis, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can pivot between tactical execution and big-picture thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Small Business Web Tools Delivery (50%)
- Lead the rebuild of six web-based tools supporting small business success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tools align with business objectives.
- Apply standard BA practices: elicitation, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and traceability.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, with a pragmatic and personable approach.
2. Treaty Commitments Reporting (50%)
- Support the Energy Resource Market (ERM) team in validating prior analysis and recommendations.
- Confirm compliance obligations and stakeholder engagement processes.
- Refine and present options for transitioning to a fit-for-purpose Treaty Accord management system.
- Help lift business maturity through thematic problem analysis and strategic recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to bridge business needs with complex technical delivery.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-managed, solution-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Experience or familiarity with Treaty and Accord frameworks.
- Ability to theme problem statements and present maturity-enhancing options.
