- Analyse business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Develop business cases using the Treasury Better Business Case model.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, systems, and integration needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Support procurement activities in alignment with government policy and procurement rules.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure solutions are practical, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals.
- A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience in cost estimation and financial analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical judgement.
- Commercial and procurement acumen, including RFP and evaluation processes.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and organisational change.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant.
- At least 3 years working with enterprise systems.
- Proven experience in business case development and stakeholder engagement.
- Systems integration and data modelling experience (desirable).
