As a Senior Civil Engineer - Three Waters, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of delivering three waters capital infrastructure projects, ensuring technical excellence, consistency, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Assurance: Provide expert technical support and quality assurance for three waters infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
- Project Delivery: Lead the technical scoping, design reviews, and construction tender evaluations for projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and budget.
- Leadership: Mentor and guide intermediate engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Health and Safety: Champion best practices in health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in three waters infrastructure project delivery.
- Strong technical competency and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- A current and valid New Zealand Driver’s License.
