Opportunity for an experienced HRBP or a People and Culture Manager to join a leading organisation in the Auckland CBD to manage operational delivery of HR and work on exciting projects!
Work with a motivated team supporting the HR operational needs of the business through the implementation and operational delivery of people-related programmes, policies, practices and services.

Key Accountabilities:
- Implementation of People & Culture activities
- Provide advice and support to Managers
- Manage/build relationships with key stakeholders
- Implement HR strategy
- Manage the engagement survey
- Coordinate training
- Performance management
- Employment Relations
- Support recruitment
- Provide advice on remuneration and benefits
- Various HR projects
This role is a good mix of operational and project work with the support of a coordinator.
