Opportunity for an experienced senior level HR Consultant/Business Partner to be a strategic HR partner on all people initiatives in the portfolio.
Ideally suited to an experienced senior HR Business Partner/Consultant who is prepared to get in and roll the sleeves up and be a safe pair of hands for 4-6 months.

The key purpose of this role is to be a key strategic partner to Executive and Senior leadership teams. Applying strategic thinking, embedding people initiatives, and ensuring stakeholder buy-in, and assisting through change.
Specifically:
- Understand business challenges, opportunities, strategies, and operations
- Deliver strategic advice and direction on People matters
- Coach and guide senior leaders
- Partnering through change
Day to day you could expect to work on:
- Strategic partnering with senior leaders
- Reporting and analytics
- ER/IR
- Change management
- Succession planning
- HR generalist guidance to leaders
- Employee engagement
- HR projects
About you:
- Experience working within a large, complex environment
- Proven experience as a trusted business partner to leadership teams
- Proven experience in implementing strategic people initiatives
- Proven experience in workforce planning, engagement strategies, talent, and succession planning
