Senior Organisational Development Advisor
- Fixed Term or Contract | Wellington-based or Remote (for exceptional candidates)
- Salary: $103,473 – $155,209 per annum

Are you a confident and experienced Organisational Development (OD) professional ready to lead impactful work across capability and culture? We’re seeking a Senior OD Advisor to join a high-performing team delivering a large-scale programme over the next 9 months.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of enterprise-wide learning and development offerings, including procurement, contract management, internal communications, and programme coordination.
- Develop and embed behavioural expectations aligned with organisational values, as part of a broader HR policy review.
- Integrate a regulatory practice learning package into induction and learning frameworks.
- Analyse new guidance on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and advise on strategic responses.
- Assess the impact of AI technologies on workforce capability and design interventions to support adaptation.
- Contribute to other People & Culture initiatives aligned with your expertise.
About You:
You’ll bring a strong mix of OD experience from design through to delivery, with the ability to work independently and influence across the organisation.
Essential Experience:
- Senior-level experience in organisational development, with a deep understanding of OD processes and methodologies.
- Solid grasp of HR practices and requirements.
- Skilled in gathering, analysing, and presenting information for OD models and communications.
- Strong planning and time management skills in complex environments.
Preferred Attributes:
- Based in Wellington (remote considered for exceptional candidates).
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative working style and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to coach and mentor others to build internal capability.
