We are seeking Senior Operational Policy advisors to provide us with intellectual leadership along with the ability to interpret legislation and policy to achieve organisational outcomes.
We have multiple opportunities for experienced Operational Policy professionals.
For example:
- One of our clients is open to developing specific operational policy experience if you can coach and mentor junior advisors of the team. For this role you might come from a similar role (specialist or policy related function) who has influence on stakeholders across an organisation to shape frontline decision making.
- For another role we have been tasked with finding someone who can create sound, thoughtful operational policy advice, solutions and approaches that deliver on legislative intent, who works closely with legal and regulatory teams.
As a Senior Policy professional, you will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Demonstrated experience of public policy and machinery of government
- Great stakeholder relationship management skills
- Drive for results, initiative, thought leadership and collaboration
- Strong understanding of how legislative and regulatory instruments can be applied to deliver better outcomes
- Assimilation of complex information, written and verbal communication skills and ability to work to tight timeframes
- Knowledge and experience of regulatory and compliance frameworks, theory, and practice
