Seeking a Senior Service Design Advisor to support the establishment and implementation of an agreed service process in a Crown Entity. You will be : Developing a design process for all work that needs to be undertaken for the effective management and information. Managing and leading the Service Design Process including facilitation of workshops and implementation. Providing reporting and advice on issues and methodology and creating strategies. You will have: Experience in running a human-centric Service Design process in a diverse environment and topics of a sensitive nature. High level of collaborative and engagement experience. The ability to develop reports and provide advice for the implementation of critical issues.
