We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to assist with a number of customer related system initiatives that the business is looking to implement.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Knowledge of an architectural vision and roadmap for the replacement of current marketing systems
- Required to work closely with existing workstreams upgrading a Salesforce platform and digital customer notifications
- Ability to deliver an architecture that meets both business needs and technology strategy objectives
- Experience pulling together architecture visions and roadmaps for complex systems spanning digital customer experience, large-scale data platforms and legacy systems of record
- Previous knowledge of Pega will be desirable
- Strong architect with good communication skills, as this will be a heavy customer facing position
- Banking experience is preferred
