This commercial construction company are about to tackle their one of their latest projects. A modern and sophisticated apartment build that has an 18 month build time.
This is an opportunity for a qualified structural engineer with site-based experience to grow with a commercial construction company.
You will be working closely with project managers and site managers providing significant back up and support. The role will involve, reviewing drawings, reviewing methodologies, inspecting sites liaising with sub-contractors and planning, scheduling, QA and providing technical engineering advice.
This role would suit an applicant with 8+ years of structural and reinforced concrete experience either gained in a consultancy or a main contractor and with relevant civil engineering tertiary qualifications. You have outstanding analytical ability and strong CAD knowledge. You have an interest in working for a sizable main contractor where your preference is on site. You have top local construction knowledge, naturally you are an effective communicator.
This role comes with an outstanding remuneration package, $120K - $150K package.
