Site Engineer

This reputable and innovative national main contractor have consistently delivered projects on quality and time. They are predominantly focussed on projects in the $10M - $150M region and much of their work at present is negotiated from existing clients. Their projects span industrial, apartments, commercial, education and healthcare. This is an opportunity for a qualified structural engineer to take a lead role on some their large commercial projects under construction and in the pipeline. 

You will be working closely with project managers and site managers providing significant back up and support. The role will involve, reviewing drawings, reviewing methodologies, inspecting sites liaising with sub-contractors and planning, scheduling, QA and providing technical engineering advice. It will also be providing support for less experienced site engineers. 

This role would suit an applicant with 10+ years of site engineering experience gained from a main contractor and with relevant civil engineering tertiary qualifications. You have an interest in working for a sizable main contractor where you enjoy taking a lead and providing a level of support and mentoring where necessary. You have top local construction knowledge, naturally you are an effective communicator.


This role comes with a remuneration package, $130K - $145K + veh
