Site Manager - Density Residential

This innovative and high-quality well-known residential home builder are one of the most successful in NZ. They have a specific need for a Residential Site/Project Manager to manage project involving density and standalone builds over a 6-month term. 

Key accountabilities:

* Management of the construction programme, project delivery, and client follow up
* Monitoring of all processes in order to ensure the highest quality of work is produced
* Subcontractor management 
* A motivated personality with the ability to drive a project and manage people effectively
* Monitoring budgets, contracts and schedules to ensure successful delivery of projects and the maintenance of client satisfaction
* QA management 


Key background for this role requires:


* 8+ years experience in the residential construction/building industry across medium density/multi-unit builds and as well as standalone builds 
* A carpentry trade background
* Be a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) is preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and management ability between clients, staff and sub contractors
* Health and Safety Leadership strengths
* IT literate across systems
* Ability to drive a team effectively 

A competitive salary package is on offer $120K - $130K + a vehicle - 6-month contract with immediate start
