With a stream of new work in the pipeline including government and private clients, they require a site manager that has ability to run a commercial office fitout project.
The role will involve working with the Construction Manager talking care of the day-to-day responsibility for site operations including coordination and management of sub-contractors, client liaison, material ordering, program management, on site OSH management.,
As an applicant you will have had experience worked as a site manager for a main contractor or refurbishment/interiors contractor in NZ. You are trade qualified and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining relationships with all project stakeholders. The ability to drive and motivate contractors and proactively ensure the project deadlines are being met.
Salary: $120K - $130K + vehicle.
