As part of their planning and identifying team strengths, experience level relative to projects and with what is in the pipeline, they have identified the need for a site manager with higher end experience. The key apsects are a strong understanding of programming, a strong understanding and interpretation of shop drawings and ability to impart knowledge to less experienced SM's.
As an applicant you have a strong record of working on a range of ideally medium sized project sizes, from $2M - $15M. You are well organised, a task master with a strong delivery focus, and have a good H&S record. You can identify issues swiftly and possess sound communication across the board. The ideal candidate is one who is happy performing a SM role, rather than striving to be a PM.
