The role
As Programme Manager, you will oversee the planning, integration, delivery, and disruption response for key infrastructure projects. You will collaborate closely with multiple Project Managers to coordinate resources, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes for key infrastructure projects.
This role requires strong leadership to ensure project cohesion, facilitate stakeholder engagement, manage disruption responses, and provide regular reporting to governance groups. With a focus on continuous improvement, stakeholder management, financial management, and risk mitigation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the city's future by integrating and delivering high-quality, impactful projects.
About You
You are a highly motivated leader with:
- 10+ years' experience managing large-scale or complex programmes
- A formal PPM certification (e.g., MoP, MSP, Prince2, PMP, Agile)
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong expertise in financial and contract management
- Experience in local or central government (advantageous)
