Job Description
This main contractor centered on family-based values are about to gear up for more recently signed up projects. They have new work to commence in the next few months across high profile projects. They have strong relationships with developers allowing consistency of commercial projects work spanning decades.
This role would see you reporting into a PM and being responsible for all site activities on the first stage of a large apartment development. You will be coordinating subcontractors and trades, cost control, organising relevant materials, equipment and access and H&S. You will have a strong command of fit-out and services coordination as well as a Passive fire understanding.

Remuneration: $130K - $150K + vehicle pending experience

- Broad experience across multi story structures including concrete, structural, acoustics, and more complex buildings
- Programming and progress reporting experience
- Material procurement
- Energy and drive
- Health and safety
- Ideally trade qualified but experience most critical
