We are seeking a hands-on Solution Architect to join a dynamic delivery team, providing technical discovery, solution design, and close collaboration with engineers. This role is critical in bridging the gap between product ownership and technical delivery, ensuring clear architectural guidance and practical solutions that drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural decision-making.
- Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Provide hands-on support through story clarification, reviewing flows, technical design, and developer guidance.
- Collaborate with leadership and the engineering team to ensure alignment across delivery.
Key Requirements
- Deep expertise in Azure (App Services, Functions, API Management, DevOps pipelines, cloud architecture patterns).
- Strong .NET background with practical experience designing and guiding complex system implementations.
- Comfortable being hands-on with technical design, story refinement, and developer support.
- Ability to simplify and communicate architecture without unnecessary jargon.
- Experience working in Agile, iterative, and startup-style delivery environments.
