We’re seeking experienced Senior Network Operations Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Visualisation SMEs to join a high-performing operational team in Auckland. These roles focus on operational delivery, product alignment, and real-time monitoring solutions.
About the Roles:
Network Operations SME
- Provide expert guidance on network operations, operational readiness, and product alignment
- Support testing, go-live, and ongoing operational readiness activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet real-world operational needs
Visualisation SME
- Design intuitive real-time visualisation capabilities for operational teams
- Shape requirements, influence product direction, and align visualisation solutions to operational needs
- Work closely with teams to translate operational challenges into actionable visualisation tools
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in network operations, ITS, transport technology, or product‑aligned roles OR
- 5+ years’ experience in customer‑centred design, product ownership, ITS, or transport operations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross‑agency collaboration skills
- Experience designing or guiding visualisation‑focused solutions
- Understanding of network operations and real‑time monitoring environments
- Commitment to safety, inclusion, and organisational best practice
- Strong capability in bridging business needs with technical delivery
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in operational readiness and risk/issue management
- Tertiary qualification in business, technology, or a related field
