Exciting Talent Acquisition Consultant opportunity to partner strategically with business leaders. This role is responsible for providing proactive, effective and insights driven talent acquisition coaching, advice, support and guidance.
Wonderful opportunity to build your experience in a large, complex, and well-known organisation. This is a contract for 2 to 3 months.

- Partnering with business
- Championing candidate care
- Talent acquisition projects
- Coaching and mentoring
Day to day you could expect to work on:
- Talent acquisition advisory
- Talent acquisition strategies
- Build and maintain relationships
- Sourcing talent
- Reporting
- Systems
This role requires strong talent acquisition expertise combined with comprehensive understanding of NZ employment law. Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative team player and technology savvy essential.
