I am looking for a seasoned Recruiter for a multinational brand based in South Auckland. This is a chance to create your own role; to set up processes and strategy and bring them to reality. You will be working with management team that is supportive and hands-off, and will help you reach your potential.
Key responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment including onboarding & offboarding process
- Attract talents via multiple channels
- Strategy on talent sourcing
- Coach, support, and partner with hiring managers on recruitment process
- Support HR team in rolling out initiatives
- Stakeholder management – including managing relationship with agencies
About you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment
- Proven history of managing high volume recruitment, ideally both in blue- and white-collar workforce
- Adaptive to change
- Strong technical savvy
