This organisation has been operating for over 30 years, tailoring bespoke designed and installed security services in Government, Aged & Health Care, Hospitals, Education facilities, Sporting & Entertainment Venues and Defence installations. They are currently undergoing significant growth and are building their strategy for the future.
About the Role
Our client is looking for an individual to lead all aspects of the technical team as well as Project Management and scheduling. You will have operational and strategic oversight of the 50 strong staff within NZ, ensuring project delivery within scope and on time, H&S adherence, ERP process management and company culture promotion targets are met & exceeded as well as other operational responsibilities.
Other key segments of the role will be:
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Project Management
- Revenue forecasting / P&L management
- Staff training
- ISO compliance
- Operational development
About you
You will be looking for an opportunity where you can add value whilst developing your skills and experience in a growing business. You will have previously operated in security and have an excellent understanding of the electronic security market.
Ideally you will have the following attributes and experience:
- Security Industry & Project Management experience
- Excellent leadership experience
- A history of meeting and exceeding target’s and KPI’s
- Excellent people and staff management
- P&L management
- Strong client relationship development
