Opportunity for a Training Lead with large scale training experience to join a multi -year complex business change project with broad impact. The role will lead training for a significant systems change.
This is an hourly rate contract for 21 months- competitive daily rate
Key Responsibilities:
Leading a training team
Leading the training strategy
Coaching support
Ensure training is effective
Feedback coaching and mentoring
Ensure the material , plans and completion rates are happening
Oversee the training schedule
Collaborate on the training communications
The role will put in place strategy and work closely with the Training Team to develop and design learning pathways and frameworks and set up reporting and training tracking framework to track attendance, learning competence and completion. It will work closely with the Change Workstream and organisation's business teams to ensure training is tailored to the frameworks standards and targeting the right level. Also will work closely with the Change team to develop training communications.
About You:
A tertiary qualification in Adult Learning or similar
5-10 years experience in leading large scale training programmes
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to support people in behavioural and new skills learning
