We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator for a 3 month temp assignment. Do you have a strong background in all things accounts payable? Can you pick things up quickly and hit the ground running?
To be considered for this position you need to have recent accounts payable experience, good interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Key skills and experience required;
- Strong accounts payable experience
- Data entry and accounts administration skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using Tech One/Finance One
- Problem solving and organisational skills
- The ability to be self-motivated and prioritise tasks effectively
- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to communicate at all levels
To be considered for this role you MUST;
- Be currently based in the Wellington region
- Be able to obtain a clear Credit Check
- Be able to obtain a clear Criminal History (MOJ) Check
- Be available for an early August start date
