We currently on the hunt for a strong Administrator commencing ASAP for 3 months to start. They are currently needing a temp due to the high volume of work coming in. Ideally wanting someone who has strong, proven administration experience, and is available immediately.
- Commencing ASAP - minimum of a 5-day notice period
- $25.00p/h depending on experience
- CBD Location – close to the railway station
Key responsibilities include:
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to update the database and handling queries from customers
- Work in a team environment, with the ability to work on your own when need be
- Proven customer service experience - ability to confidently pick up the phone and speak with people
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Strong administration skills, within a government agency is advantageous where there is a high volume of processing needing to be done
- Someone who has good attention to detail
- Someone who has good customer skills
- Someone who is a natural problem solver

- Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
- Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice
- Live in Wellington - CBD, Lower Hutt or Porirua locations
