About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Programme Coordinator to provide critical governance, coordination, and administrative support across multiple workstreams. You’ll be the anchor of programme operations, ensuring information flows smoothly, governance is well run, and project teams are supported with reliable, accurate, and timely documentation.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in complex, fast‑moving environments and enjoys being the connector who keeps everything running seamlessly.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in project or programme coordination roles
- 3+ years’ experience managing integrated schedules with dependencies and critical paths
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Excellent workload management and attention to detail
- Strong planning skills, able to identify issues before they escalate
- Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar
- Confident working across multiple stakeholders
