You will be supported by senior team members with a full induction learning project management processes and systems. You will incrementally be introduced to clients and learning on the job.
As an Assistant project manager, you will need to come from the construction industry either from a contractor or consultancy/client side background with 2-5 years of NZ based experience. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, or Engineering is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment. Your ability to articulate issues, harness relationships and build your own brand in the industry will enable success. You are social and have an achievement orientation about yourself.
You will be rewarded with a salary between $70K and $95K depending on experience.
