Typically your duties will involve:
- Preparing tenders, project administration, evaluating & costing of variations
- Liaising with sub-contractors & clients
- Financial reporting & cost monitoring / projections
- Preparation, submission and negotiation of Interim and Final accounts
- A relevant Quantity Surveying qualification
- Experience working for a Main Contractor, at least 15 years
- Experience working on a range of new build commercial projects over $15M in value
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to extract value from negotiations.
