• Azure Cloud Engineer

We’re currently recruiting for an Azure Cloud Engineer to support an enterprise client in Auckland’s CBD.  This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project while working alongside a Lead Cloud Engineer.

About the role:

• Manage Azure environments and identity access controls
• Handle BAU tasks and manage ticket queues via ServiceNow
• Help train internal team members on Azure platform capabilities
• Resolve tickets within SLA and maintain accurate ServiceNow logs
• Escalate critical incidents per incident management protocols
• Provide insights and recommendations on Azure trends across subscriptions
• Assist with MFA, Conditional Access Policies, and PIM setup

To be considered you must have:

• Proven experience in Azure cloud engineering
• A strong understanding of identity and access management
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and incident resolution workflows
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
