Great HRBP opportunity for a 12-month Fixed Term contract in Tauranga.   This role will provide HR advice and build capacity with managers.   This role is perfect for an experienced HRBP or a Senior Advisor looking for your next step.


Specifically:

  • Support the Holidays Act Compliance Change Manager with related change activities, workshops and communication
  • Provide HR advice to support the strategy of the organisation and people plans
  • Build capacity with managers to maximise delivery

Day to day you could expect to work on:

  • Holidays Act Compliance
  • HR Advisory
  • ER/IR
  • Change Management
  • Coaching managers

This role requires strong HR generalist expertise combined with comprehensive understanding of NZ employment law. Ability to learn new things quickly and exceptional communication skills required.
