Opportunity to lead change in a complex environment and be part of an innovative, collaborative team.

We are looking for a senior level, experienced Change Manager to lead significant organisational transformation. This will involve the integration of various shared services teams.

The role will lead and coordinate the change approach to ensure the organisation is aligned , ready and supported through this transition.

You will lead enterprise-levl change activities such as impact analysis, readiness planning and adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead organisational change
  • Driving strategy planning
  • Stakeholder alignment 
  • Overseeing impact analysis, readiness tracking and adoption
  • Building change capability
As the change progresses this role will monitor adoption, address barriers and drive continuous improvement.

We are seeking an experienced practitioner ideally from an organisational Change Management background, with experience in large, enterprise organisations of 1000+ FTE. You will need to bring deep expertise in organisational and business change.

You will enjoy leading from the front, have at least 8-10 years experience in delivering complex change in large environments and bring advanced process mapping and gap analysis (Visio or similar) and the use ADKAR/PROSCI methodologies,
