Beyond are proud to be supporting a valued client in the energy sector to recruit a Chief Advisor. This pivotal Tier 3 position reports directly to the General Manager. This role is well positioned to influential and make a difference through bold-thinking and collaboration.
In this strategic role, you will drive policy development, lead the organisation’s engagement on a cross-agency Task Force and provide expert input across a range of high-impact projects. You will be part of a skilled and collaborative group shaping the future of this resource market.
Key requirements:
- High-level experience (eg: Principal Advisor) in areas such as regulation, law, economics or policy, with competition or anti-trust policy in NZ or Australia preferred,
- Exceptional analytical skills and a clear, persuasive communication style,
- Proven ability to collaborate and build trust across stakeholders,
- Familiarity with the energy sector is advantageous,
- Curiosity and sound judgement are essential.
Salary Range: Circa $200,000
