The role would see you utilising your technical knowledge and current experience within programme and project management within construction related projects.
Reporting the GM Delivery, your role will cover:
- Technical leadership across all phases of vertical projects from design through to delivery
- Planning and managing project programme, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring quality and compliance.
- Being a key liaison for both internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and presenting progress reports, status updates, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Leading budget and financial management and establishing any reporting systems and/or performance measures
- Leading risk management
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing commercial upgrade and refurbishment projects, preferred on the client side.
- Strong understanding of planning, design, and construction phases
- Strong understanding of 3910 and 3916 contracts
- Proven ability to effectively liaise with internal teams and external consultants.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, GIS).
