The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously as well as work closely as part of a consultative, multi-disciplinary team. The successful person to the role will be encouraged and supported to take ownership of their work and will have the opportunity to contribute to the future direction of the team.
Responsibilities:
• Developing contract management plans and business cases
• Responsible for Commercial Advice and support nationally
• Supporting the Commercial Specialist Team Leader with the operation of national suppliers
• Supporting and training of internal delivery teams
• Relationship management with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Collaboration with the Business Analysts to review supplier performance data and taking appropriate action.
Ideally you will be interested in gathering, analyzing and the presentation of information, will have a knowledge of procurement and great relationship skills.
You will also offer:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information to a variety of audiences
• Willingness and ability to engage in challenging conversations
• Knowledge or experience of contract and performance management systems and processes
• Experience in developing and producing contract management reports
• A Tertiary qualification in a related field
